hi i need help with paying my rent this month and next which is the first i live in jackson wyoming...... i tried going to the community resource center and the latino resource center but they couldnt help me so they said because i have 9 months here and they could only help people who has been living her for more than a year....what can i do....its so hard to find any vacant  low income apartments
